Our purpose is to bring people to Jesus and membership to His family, develop them to Christ-like maturity, and equip them for their ministry in the church and life's mission in the world, all in order to magnify God's name.

The Woodford Community Christian Church is a loving family of Christian believers where people make a difference. Our purpose is to carry out the Great Commission of Christ as expressed in Matthew 28:18-20. We are about the task of winning souls to Christ throughout the world and providing a local church home for those in this vicinity.

Each Small Group and Ministry Team strives toward this purpose. As the various ministries develop new programs, they should continually ask: "Will this help the church achieve our purpose?"
